making ‘Bajang’ for Chinese Dragon Boat Festival from scratch.

‘Bajang’ or ‘Zongzi’ (肉粽) in Mandarin is a is a traditional Chinese food
made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo
reed, or other large flat leaves. Widely use for celebrating Dragon Boat Festival.
